SCENE 01 / PRODUCTION VEHICLES
Production Vehicles
Complete vehicle fleet for your Colombian production.
Here is how this works in practice. Production cars have the trucks, vans, trailers, and support cars that keep a film crew operational on location. Gear trucks, wardrobe trailers, cast motorhomes, and catering cars form the mobile infrastructure that supports each department across a shooting schedule.
Here is the short of it. We source and set up production car packages from local fleet providers, matching car types and quantities to your production's scale. Our team handles permits, parking arrangements, and scheduling logistics so your car fleet supports smooth daily operations at each location.

Hiace minivans, Sprinter premium, 4x4 Hilux fleets and helicopter charter across Colombia
Here is the short of it. Colombian production fleets have to thread very different terrains in a single schedule — narrow Cartagena Walled City lanes with car restrictions and pedestrian-only zones, the climb out of Bogotá over the Cordillera Oriental on the way to Medellín or Cali, and the off-road push into Pacific Chocó, La Guajira and Caño Cristales where Toyota Hilux and Land Cruiser 4x4 packages are required rather than optional.
Here is the breakdown. Our fleet sources from the rental houses Colombian shoots trust: Toyota Hiace minivans as the typical crew transport, Mercedes Sprinter for Bogotá top and director cars, 5-ton and 10-ton trucks for gear runs between depots, and local-driver-needed SUVs for Pacific and Sierra Nevada units where road conditions, language and security awareness make outside drivers a non-starter. Trucking is film-spec configured with shelving, lift gates and tie-down systems for camera, grip, lighting and combination loads.
Here is what that looks like on the ground. Logistics start with the INVÍAS road network and realistic transit budget work. Bogotá to Medellín is roughly 8 hours with 250m elevation gain into the Aburrá Valley, Bogotá to Cartagena runs 18 hours up the Honda highway, Bogotá to Cali is 8 hours. Pacific Chocó (Bahía Solano, Nuquí) is helicopter-only access — we arrange charters with Aerocivil-permitted operators, and the same workflow covers Sierra Nevada and La Guajira lifts when ground access fails.
Here is how the picture comes together. Caño Cristales and Ciudad Perdida trail-head access need 4x4 plus ATV staging. We set up parking and ZTL-equivalent permits with Cartagena's Alcaldía Mayor. The Bogotá and Medellín mobility secretariats, file DIAN ATA carnets for imported camera cars and specialty sites, and our coordinator stays on call for car swaps, fuel runs and all-night repositioning through Carnaval de Barranquilla, FICCI Cartagena and the standard feature schedule.
