We file applications well in advance — lead times stretch during Carnaval de Barranquilla (February) and FICCI Cartagena (March) when RF and range saturation peak. Pacific Chocó comms have hard range limits because terrain blocks UHF, so we ship repeaters and brief sound mixers on the realistic coverage envelope before truck-day.

Here is what we have to work with. IFB packages cover global director feeds when the brief involves remote viewing from London, LA or Madrid. Cartagena heritage zones constrain repeater placement to discreet rooftop mounts. PNN parks (Tayrona, Los Nevados, Sierra Nevada) need silent-protocol comms with surveillance earpieces only.
